Areas are approximate and subject to measured survey. Images may include computer-generated renders, indicative furnishing and views that do not correspond to a specific unit. Availability and pricing change without notice.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing is a recommendation or a solicitation to buy, sell or lease anything. The yield calculator is a simplified illustration that ignores debt, tax, capital expenditure, letting fees, rent-free periods and transaction timing.

Property values and rental income can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. Currency movements can materially change the return earned by an investor whose home currency differs from that of the asset. Take independent professional advice before you commit.

Our engagement with you

A relationship between you and Erisha Real Estates LLC begins only when we issue, and you sign, a written appointment letter. That letter states which party we act for and how we are remunerated. Until then, correspondence through this site does not create any duty of care or agency.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography, graphics, code and marks on this site belong to Erisha Real Estates LLC or the Rana Group, or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell, or systematically extract any part of the site without our written permission.
