Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
We ask for personal details only when we need them to answer you, and we do not do anything with them that you would not expect. This page sets out exactly what that means.
Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, mobile number, and where relevant your company, region, budget, asset class, market, timeframe and the free-text description of what you are looking for.
We also record the fact that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time of the submission. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
What we do not collect
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Your currency choice and your property shortlist are held in your own browser for the length of the visit and are never sent to us. Fonts are served from this domain, so no request is made to any external font provider.
If an analytics tool is later added, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and to carry out the work you ask us to do. For clients in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, our lawful basis is your consent, and for an active instruction, the performance of a contract.
We will only send you unrelated opportunities or market updates if you have separately asked us to. Every such message carries an unsubscribe route.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Erisha Real Estates desk handling your enquiry, and by the group companies that support it where that is necessary to do the work.
We use third-party processors for email delivery, form handling and web hosting. They act on our instructions only. We do not sell client data, and we do not share your identity, your holdings or your intentions with other clients, other agents, or the market.
We disclose information to regulators, banks or authorities only where we are legally required to, for example in relation to know-your-client and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Where it is held
Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and in the countries where our service providers operate, which may be outside your own country. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become instructions are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept for as long as UAE law requires us to keep them, which is currently a minimum of five years for anti-money-laundering records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to withdraw a consent you have given. Where the law gives you a right to object or to data portability, you can exercise that too.
Write to info@erishaestates.com. We will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EEA or the UK, to your own supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date shown above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified by email.
