Courtesy is not a substitute for candour. We offer both.
Clients from six regions have told us the same thing: the hospitality is expected, the honesty is not. We treat both as non-negotiable.
We would rather lose a fee than let a client overpay for something we would not buy ourselves.
That principle costs us instructions. It is also why the majority of our work arrives by referral from people we have previously advised not to proceed.
七点准则
- Single-side representation. Named in the appointment letter, every time.
- Disclosed fees. Agreed before viewing. No rebates, no hidden spreads on price.
- Client money discipline. Funds move through regulated escrow, never through us.
- Data privacy. Your identity and holdings are not discussed with other clients.
- Cultural fluency. Halal financing, family-office structures, joint ownership and succession handled by people who have done it before.
- Language. English, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, French, Dutch, German, Russian and Spanish across the desks and the website.
- Accessibility. Same-working-day acknowledgement, in your time zone.
